Devolution the Column

Introduction to Issue 2
By Matt Yocum
Published: 2007-10-20

Issue 2 begins here.

Rick and Kristy Noble have a long journey ahead of them. Stuck in a house with only past horrors and present creatures assaulting them, the two must find a way to escape being trapped in a house that’s become a coffin filled with undead.

The six installments of issue 2 promise to be equally tough on the two as they relive the past while trapped in their Tennessee house. There’s not much rest as the creatures become more determined to reach them. And in their moments of rest, what happened in New Mexico haunts their dreams, leaving Rick and Kristy wondering whether they can ever truly escape the horror that is the reality of their lives.

All of us have known hardship and pain. Few have known it in ways Rick and Kristy will experience. Pray you never do.

Join penciler Jake Bilbao, new inker Howard Simpson, and me as we bring you Devolution issue 2.
